Collaboration and Costing
Crate collaborates with your architect or draftsman at the beginning of the process. Where requested, we can help advise the best materials and processes and input to the plans to aid in making your project a success. We provide detailed costings and quotes at this stage which are “open book”.
Streamline the process
We operate as the head contractor using a broad range of approved suppliers. Our suppliers and contractors adhere to our timelines and the quality we expect. Our clients receive invoices from Crate only which has cost tracking so we can adhere to the budget.
Manage the project beginning to end
You'll be assigned a project manager, site foreman and one of the Directors of Crate will be there every step of the way. Crate has a team of highly skilled builders and project managers to ensure deadlines are met and work is to a very high standard.
